Dave founded dbb solutions in 2008 in response to his experience that many Private Equity firms required additional IT expertise capable of successfully meshing their unique business requirements with world-class systems and process. He is responsible for the coordination of all principal activities.


Through his career, he has served as CIO for organizations in Healthcare (CleanSlate Centers) and Private Equity (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., or KKR). He has deep and specific technical expertise in both IT Infrastructure and custom systems development.  He has spearheaded AI related process automation efforts. He is also well versed in staff realignment, optimization, and mentorship. 


 Dave is a fierce advocate for 'third way' thinking as applied to business problems. He recognizes the limitations of binary arguments, and willingly embraces complexity and paradox rather than force a premature choice. Ultimately, the synthesis of diverse viewpoints is the linchpin to developing novel outcomes. 


He holds a BA from Rutgers College, New Brunswick. He serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Frost Valley YMCA.
